Description
Parts Contact Centers often provide the first indication that something has gone wrong elsewhere in the organization. High back orders? The contact center gets overwhelmed. A large campaign? The contact center again is impacted.
This session will set the groundwork for a good discussion on what OEMs currently do in this space, which services are offered by the contact centers, and how cases are assigned. We will discuss which channels are currently used and which ones are most efficient in decreasing contact volumes and which metrics are tracked. We will also talk about major challenges and how AI can be implemented to drive parts contact center efficiency.
