Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your company’s participation before 1 January 2025, we will credit the full amount of your invoice to EPB 2026. If you cancel between 1 January 2025 and 31 January 2025, you will receive a 50% credit on your invoice for EPB 2026. Cancellation after 31 January 2025 receives no credit, and in that case, we do not refund fees or provide credits to EPB 2026. It will be up to each individual to cancel their hotel reservation with the hotel directly.

Eventhub

EventHub is your personal portal for NAPB 2025! Once registered, you’ll gain access to EventHub to use before, during, and after the conference for all materials and information. The week before the conference, attendees can use EventHub to access all presentation and session materials. 

For digital attendees, use EventHub to access webinar links to join conference sessions during the event.

Non-Disclosure & Use Agreement

All EPB materials are covered by our Non-Disclosure and Use Agreement for Proprietary Information (NDA). While each participating organization has a signed agreement with Ducker Carlisle, all individual attendees must also sign the NDA Individual Acknowledgement prior to the conference.
