Non-Disclosure & Use Agreement
As always, all EPB materials and participation are covered by our Non-Disclosure and Use Agreement for Proprietary Information (NDA). 
 
Each participating organization has a signed agreement with Carlisle & Co at the company level. Additionally, all individual participants must sign the Individual Acknowledgement prior to attending the conference.

Cancellation & Substitution Policy
All cancellations and sleeping rooms must be received no later than May 19th. After this date, any cancellations or no shows will incur a fee equal to the attendee fee and room rate. 

Registrations may be transferred to another individual at your organization, and adjustments to session selections can be made up until June 5th. 
 
Send all substitution and change requests to insights@carlisle-co.com. 
 
Registrations cannot be transferred to other EPB events or years.
